Pre-Black Friday LEGO Check-in

Shopping for toys and trinkets isn’t what it once was; instead of walking into a Toys R Us, or a now-defunct KB Toys, it’s an infinite scroll to see who is competing with Amazon. A step further reveals shoppers are more aware every year of price per piece, ensuring their LEGO set isn’t “bricking” the bank. The standard $0.10 per piece is harder to hold onto each year. With minifigs, printed elements, non-plastic units and IP licensing costs pushed onto the consumer, the joy in browsing and buying LEGO fades. That’s why we looked at current Slickdeals threads so you can build your cart smarter before the Black Friday ad clutter.

When Do Black Friday LEGO Sales Start?

LEGO has traditional Black Friday sales starting the Friday after Thanksgiving through to Cyber Monday. Before that, LEGO Insiders Weekend runs the weekend before Black Friday: Nov. 21–22. In years prior, Insiders Weekend deals had greater discounts than some Black Friday ads. Members also receive double points on purchases during the promotional period.

For third-party retailers, Target is first up. Its Early Black Friday sale runs Nov. 5–7 and includes 40% off select toys, and a once-a-day Deal of the Day drops from Nov. 1 through Dec. 24.

Walmart splits the season into three events: Early Black Friday Deals on Nov. 12–15, the main Black Friday Deals event on Nov. 23–29 and Cyber Monday deals on Nov. 30–Dec. 2. Each one opens online at 12:01 a.m. ET, while in-store deals start at 6 a.m. local time on Nov. 12 for the first event and on Nov. 27 for the second. Walmart+ members get the first 24 hours on select online-only deals in both Black Friday events.

Amazon hasn’t announced its Black Friday dates, so be sure to set a Deal Alert on LEGO. You’ll be notified of price drops, and you won’t miss any of the upcoming set savings.

The Best LEGO Deals Right Now

All deals listed, except for the Kylo Ren combo, is a live deal thread. Sets are split into categories: Star Wars, Technic and everything else. Each group is ranked by how today’s price compares with Slickdeals history: prices under an earlier Frontpage deal first, then Frontpage matches next with current vote scores breaking ties.

Best LEGO Star Wars Deals 2026

Chopper (C1-10P) is the one Star Wars set we looked at that’s cheaper than an earlier Frontpage deal, since Amazon’s $66.99 undercuts its own $67.99 Frontpage price from Oct. 17. The Kylo Ren bundle, now expired, combined two separate sets (75415 and 75406). The deal price has been steady at $98 in every Slickdeals thread since last December. We’ve left it in as an example of how retailers might bundle sets. It’s something to keep an eye out for when holiday shopping. The Mandalorian speeder matches the price Target charged in its May 3 Frontpage deal.

You don’t have to rely on Amazon for the Mos Eisley Cantina, either. When it first dropped to $53.99 in October, a Slickdealer pointed out, “Same price at Target,” and the current thread lists Target still matching Amazon at $53.99.

Best LEGO Technic Deals 2026

The 1966 Ford GT40 has sat at $59.99 through five Frontpage deals since June, so this is its going sale rate rather than a new low. The Grave Digger, Ducati and Mitsubishi Eclipse all match earlier member prices that didn’t make Frontpage, though the current Grave Digger and Ducati threads did at +42 and +30 respectively. Walmart’s Eclipse price matches Amazon’s $51.99 from Oct. 26 and adds $11.70 in Walmart Cash, so there’s a bonus if you’ve been eyeing the set.

Best of the Rest: More LEGO Deals 2026

The Burger Truck leads this group because $12.79 matches an Aug. 23 Frontpage deal that reached +123, and the Gaming Race Car’s $5.99 matches its Oct. 14 Frontpage price. The Police Truck matches an earlier member post that didn’t make Frontpage, though this week’s thread did at +26. Hagrid & Harry’s Privet Drive Escape is the first price drop we’ve tracked on the set, so there’s no earlier list price to measure it against.

How to Get the Best LEGO Black Friday Deals

Seasoned builders shop by set number. Every set carries a four- or five-digit number (e.g. 75416 for Chopper or 60404 for the Burger Truck), and it’s the fastest way to confirm two listings are the same set. Verifying by set numbers eases shopping since names and piece counts can vary from store to store.

Target’s Holiday Price Match Guarantee runs Nov. 1–Dec. 24 and covers Target’s own price drops. LEGO you buy at Target now can later be adjusted if Target cuts the price again before Christmas Eve. If you’re waiting for a certain item, Target also shows the next day’s Deal of the Day 24 hours early.

At Walmart, hot deal drops go to Walmart+ members first and open to everyone else 24 hours later if there’s still inventory. Make sure to stay on high alert for Walmart Cash offers, like we saw with the Technic Fast & Furious Mitsubishi Eclipse.

Why Check Slickdeals Before You Shop LEGO Black Friday Deals?

LEGO sale prices rise and drop constantly, which makes a sale badge less useful than a set’s track record. Now you know the Burger Truck has landed at $12.79 in Slickdeals threads again and again since August, so something lower would set the new lowest price. As LEGO continues to foster fan communities of kids and adults alike, you can trust deal scores and price history to let you know what’s really worth buying and building.
