How to Save 40% at the Target Halloween Sale
This scary-good deal lasts one day and one day only, and it requires you to add two Cartwheel coupons via Target’s mobile app in order to score the discounts.

While Cartwheel coupons only work in stores, you may want to check Target’s site Tuesday morning to see if there’s an equally good deal to be had online. According to Slickdealer colleeng8r, “most Halloween costumes have also been 40% off online on the same day” in previous years.

The Target Fun Run Sale
Target’s Halloween offer also coincides with the store’s Fun Run Sale, which lasts through Sept. 22.

This week-long event lets customers take advantage of several Cartwheel coupons for up to 40% off select items, half off a Shipt grocery delivery membership, and exclusive bonus coupons for REDcard holders when they use the Target app. For example, you can get a one-time-use coupon for an extra 10% off your in-store purchase on top of the usual 5% discount.
Unfortunately, you won’t be able to stack the 10% off Target REDcard coupon with the 40% off Halloween discount, but you can use it to save on other things like Halloween decorations.
