Use the Starbucks App on March 4 to Get a Free Coffee

Advertiser Disclosure: At Slickdeals, we work hard to find the best deals. Some products in our articles are from partners who may provide us with compensation, but this doesn’t change our opinions.

Get an extra caffeine kick or treat a date to a drink with Starbucks’ buy-one-get-one-free “Celebrate Spring” offer. To take advantage of the deal, use the Starbucks app on Thursday, March 4 to order ahead any handcrafted beverage (Grande+) from a participating store and receive a coupon for a free drink of similar value.
Note: The coupon will automatically be loaded to your Starbucks Rewards account on March 10 and can be redeemed between then and March 12.
While you can’t use the drink coupon right away, one Slickdealer noted this is “better than BOGO because you can enjoy the free drink yourself” rather than having to get two drinks right away and slurp them both down or share one.
Some restrictions apply, but the BOGO deal is a great opportunity to spring for a pricier beverage you might not normally try since the free coupon value can be redeemed up to $10. Or check out a new flavor or style of coffee (extra espresso shots and pumps for everyone) since if you don’t like it you can experiment with something else the next week for free with the coupon.
