The deepest discounts are in the clearance section, but limited-time sales and promo codes can also cut prices by 20% to 40%. Below we break down the best Ballard Designs deals available right now, from the dining event and sitewide sale to clearance finds, promo codes and credit card perks.

Editor’s Take

Shop the clearance section first. That is where Ballard Designs offers its deepest discounts, and most items are already marked down 50% to 70% off. You will almost always save more there than with a promo code on a full-price item.

If you are shopping for dining furniture, the dining event is the best deal available right now. The 30% to 40% off beats any of the current promo codes, and the discount applies automatically with no code needed.

For everything else, try the promo codes. MKAS23362 at 35% off offers the highest savings. Ballard Designs allows only one code per order, and sale items are often excluded.

Ballard Designs Coupons FAQs

Does Ballard Designs offer promo codes?

Yes. However, many of the best Ballard Designs deals apply automatically without a code. These include the rotating Current Offers, clearance markdowns and the Buy Multiples program, which saves 30% to 50% on select items. Promo codes are usually available during major sales events and holidays.

Can I stack Ballard Designs promo codes?

No. Ballard Designs allows only one promo code per order. Reward Certificates cannot be combined with other discounts either. Automatic discounts like Current Offers, Buy Multiples and clearance markdowns are already reflected in the listed price, so no code is needed for those.

Do Ballard Designs coupons work on sale and clearance items?

Not usually. Promo codes and coupons cannot be used on clearance items or items that are already discounted.

How do I get free shipping at Ballard Designs?

Ballard Designs does not offer sitewide free shipping. However, select bedding, bath and pillow items ship free every day with no minimum purchase required. Look for the “Ships Free” badge on eligible items. During sales events, you may also find promo codes that include free shipping. For everything else, standard shipping is based on a tiered rate tied to your order total.

Is the Ballard Designs Credit Card worth it?

It can be if you shop at Ballard Designs regularly. You earn one point for every $1 spent, and every 250 points converts to a $25 Reward Certificate, which works out to 10% back. New cardmembers also get a $50 bonus, a 20% birthday discount offer and the option to choose 12 months no interest instead of earning rewards on purchases of $599 or more.

How does Ballard Designs Refer a Friend Work?

You generate a personal referral link and share it with friends. When someone signs up through your link, they get $50 off their first order of $200 or more. Once they complete that purchase, you receive a $50 coupon toward your next order of $200 or more. There is no limit on how many friends you can refer.
