If any company in the PC gaming space can go from making slick keyboards to snazzy summer wear, it’s probably Razer — the company behind some of the most distinctive products in gaming. And that’s exactly what it hopes to achieve with its newly-launched apparel.

Razer has revealed two new clothing collections, Unleashed and Genesis, both channeling that iconic Razer look with a sleek all-black base color, accented with bright green lines and Razer’s triple-headed snake logo. Check it out in this video:

If you’re bold enough to pull it off, I think the products themselves actually look quite good. The Genesis collection looks to be geared more to summer wear, comprised of a standard t-shirt and shorts, with a bucket hat and bomber jacket to compliment.

While the Unleashed line goes for a more striking, urban look, with an oversized t-shirt, jogging pants with a giant razer logo emblazoned on one leg, a zip hoodie that I really rather like, and more (see the full list of products below).

This launch comes in response to the success of previous Razer apparel collaborations with BAPE and Fossil, which Razer says sold out within 24 hours. Now free of the limited edition nature of those releases, Razer says these new clothing lines will give more gamers the opportunity to show off their fandom while strutting around town.

Razer is taking this push into fashion quite seriously, it seems. “Our fans can expect even more from Razer Apparel in the coming seasons as we continue to invest in this space by adding more designers in house who truly understand the fashion landscape and our community of gamers,” said Razer Associate Director of Business Development, Addie Tan, via a press release.

I note the lack of a shoe announcement in this launch, but that might be because Razer has an ongoing collaboration with Cariuma. As a sneaker enthusiast myself (and a fan of Razer’s PC gear, I must say), I’m hoping for more on the shoe front in the near future.
