There’s good news for parents, babysitters and all the mini cinephiles out of school for the season. Cinemark, Regal Theaters and AMC are all offering discounts on children’s matinees for the summer months.
For just $1 per ticket (in most cases), you can take the family out to a variety of kids’ movies at participating locations around the country. Showtimes and specific films vary, so be sure to check with your local theater before heading out. Most of the options are for second-run movies, but that’s the great thing about kids: they’ll have fun anyway.
